This wedding was a Family Affair… one blessed with closest family and friends and the children of SW and Celeste. They decided on getting married at their favorite location in Dinokeng, with a get-together next to the pool with a braai – true South African style!
SW and the boys got ready in one of the tents at the camp, while Celeste and Kaylee got dressed in the main house with beautiful dresses in pink, made by Nika Couture.
Celeste’s ring has a colored stone for each children – as they are all in this together, how special!
I really love the unusual bouquets of an air-plant mixed with baby’s breath.
At the Church, everyone was waiting eagerly to see the bride. The Ceremony was a special one, with a candle lighting ceremony, a ceremonial acknowledgement of the vows and promises by the bride and groom that have them united in marriage. With the flames of these candles signifying that the marriage (and family) is a joining of the two, who have chosen to share life together.
