This past weekend Elize Mare Photography travelled to Limpopo for a very special engagement shoot… my Sister’s eldest son and his fiancé.
We as family always said…. The day Driaan meets THE girl of his dreams, the marriage will come soon.
Little did we know that exactly that would happen!
Earlier in 2015 Driaan’s Grandmother visited her insurance company one day and met Ilze.
Noticing that she doesn’t have a ring on her finger, she asked her if she has a boyfriend – to which the answer was, No.
Well…. Grandmom played Cupid and exchanged the numbers between the two, Driaan contacted Ilze, took her on a date, and it was love at first sight!
Late 2015 Driaan took Ilze to Sky-Dive – not her first time, but indeed his first time. Once they landed on the ground again, and after the nerves calmed down, he got down on his knee and asked her to marry him… her answer? YES off course!
They are getting married in June of this year, and this shoot was part of their wedding photography package they chose with me.
