On Saturday, 27 February 2016, Elize Mare Photography had the great privilege of being second photographer to Jessica Otto Photography at Andre & Renette’s Wedding.
Their Wedding took place on Andre’s family farm, and dad (also Andre) had the “Bos Kapel” and the Reception Venue build especially for them, and they call it Biki Plaas
My day started off with with capturing some details of the Reception venue, together with Jessica, after which I was on my own to get detail images and preparation images of the Groom, Andre.
Andre and his Groomsmen made me feel right at home – proper Afrikaner hospitality, and I had a great time capturing them.
Once the Groom was ready, we all left for the Tractor Ride to the “Bos Kapel” to await the arrival of the Bride.
Even though it was a very hot afternoon with not much shade, guests kept cool with beautiful umbrellas – which made a pretty picture!
After the Ceremony we proceeded to some family and group photo’s, followed by the Couple’s Session during one gorgeous sunset.
